ELVINE offers a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, ensuring you have ample time to try on your new garments at home. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box and include the completed return form inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping labels.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a collection through the carrier specified on your return label.
